Is it time to intergrate, through affirmative action, Professional Basketball?

I reckon it high-time that professional basket ball be intergrated. Look at the teams, none of them look like the expression of America.

I mean, we have had affirmative action foisted on us for decades now. Blacks and othe minorities are put in jobs they don't suitable for, and admitted to uni with grades that would fail a White applicant.

It seems all that matters is that jobs and schools reflect America, rather than occur on merit.

Therefore, I suggest it's about time Affirmative Action were applied to Professional Basketball. It doesn't essentials if the Whites can't play, all that matters is that it reflects America's racial make up.

What's sauce for the goose is impertinence for the gander, right?

Does this plan that all people who wanna be surfers will have to smoke weed?

huh?

what does geese have to do with anything?

wow. you unusually think it matters that much?

How can I get some confidence, for back to school?

Okay I'm only 13 and i have 2 go 2 a new school.I'll be in 7th grade.I had a lot of friends at my old school.i don't recollect anyone here.plus i'm really shy.and i don't have a lot of confidence.HELP ME!tips on how to not be as shy and get confidence, would really help me.
xoxo!

When making a new friend and trying to get to know someone you don't know, do you think this is ok?

I'm a self-admitted shy, serenity person. But I'm getting tired of it. There's a lot of new people I don't know in my summer school classes and I'd like to get to know them and command new friends.

So I would like to know if this way of making friends would be alright with you guys and if you guys would, in the position of that one new myself in that class, try to get and know me back. I'm nwe at this cus I'm shy...so yeah some of you might find this question weird.

Is it alright when the person is coming and as they sit down, you just say "hi" with a flawless, decent smile and when they're seated you ask "so, what's your name?" and then start a convo with what's your grade, other classes they might be taking, etc.?

What is the best college I can get into?

Hello,
I was wondering what is the unexcelled school that I could get into with these stats? What are schools I should consider to apply to for reaches. I want a small school with a real campus so not in a important city, but I wouldn't mind being close. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it!
Here are my stats:
GPA: 3.95 (UW)
By end of higher- ranking year will have: 5 AP and 2-3 college course at a pretty highly regarded university
AP Scores:
AP US- 5, AP Art Experience-5, AP Language- 4
SAT: 1900
SAT II: US History- 790, Lit.- 700, (take more later...)
Type of School: I attend a school that is part of the worst conspicuous school system in the nation, but my own school sends maybe one person to the ivy league and the top grads to good schools
Rank: 3 out of 111
Interests: English, perhaps minor in a language
Ex:
-Piano (4 years)
-National Honor Society (12 grade)
-Pubescence Group
-Volunteer Work for mom's non-profit organization and unofficial co-founder
- one internship at art museum
-Literary Armoury (12 grade)
-work experience at a public library
-lacrosse camp
Thanks!
