WHY DO WE HAVE THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION?

family crap, pleasee help.?

i experience like im about to explode like 99% of the time im home. my family is mental, seriously. we endure in a big house, i hav nice clothes etc and evryon says i should be grateful and i am but tht doesnt excuse the problems does it? my mom is always on at me for something- i finish a go over down for a drink and without knowing about it ive done something wrong. i think i have done well in the past few years- grammar school, took lot of work and my work and reports are fit, not excellent but gd. my mother always says some extra comment like "its not tht gd"
am i just being very sensitive or is tht something you just shouldnt say to a child? and i dont want to talk to her cos it wont go thru to her but do you have any advice for like blocking things out or only not looking at it so sensitively?
also if its not something i have done its something i havent done, i just feel like im being judged 24/7 and its really starting to get to me i dont advised of what to do.
and talking to my dad wont help he has his own problems, and some with my mother and i dont want to start another fight.

Ok she says your grades aren't that safe, but in your eyes are you meeting your own personal standard? If yes, then don't listen to what she says. I know it may be hard, but in situations were she starts on at you proper try and leave the room or situation as quickly as possible to stop it escalating.

You can try and talk to her but for all you know she could have an underlying event that she hasn't solved and in return is taking out on you.

I positive the feelin. My mother is the worlds #1 Bi@tch! There really isnt much you can do except remember that no matter what people say, you cognizant of the truth. It's a hard thing to do. It took almost 5 years of practice for me to tune out my mother's rants, and even now, I still cant wholly ignore her when she gets in those moods (24/7). Try to remember a song that you like, and let it fill up every fiber of your being. It helps take the well- off the world around you when things get sticky.

And always remember that no matter what, life goes on.

Do something amicable for your mom that is not expected (or deserved).
I don't mean something major like decorating her room (it will be the wrong colour!) -something like irresistible out the trash or sorting the dishes. After 3 or 4 of these gracious episodes she may be ashamed of her actions when compared to your actions.

they well-founded want to get respected for who they are, your parents, get to the root of the issue, talk to your grandparents if you have them, ask them what your parents were like when they were unfledged, if they have any advice they can give you. Talk to some adult friends and see what they suggest, Suggest to them that maybe the whole family should go to counceling if its that bad well these are rightful some suggestions, good luck

Hi,

I have had like experiences myself so I appreciate how you feel. I'm 31, still with my parents and I'm still judged. It's not so much that, but with my folks, they like to keep me on my toes and don't like me to get too self-serving or all in all, complacent - I only get Sundays to do that!!

Seriously though, it might just be a bit of a friction and a communication gap developing between you. I'm actually a lot closer to my mum than I am to my dad, but ironically, it's my mum who tends to do all the chronic.

I mention the gap, what I'm angling at is how you as a jigsaw fit into the family. Do you speak to you mother? Do you have chats with her? Do you have a bit of laugh, bit of banter, workers around the house, contribute money or by other means?

She may also be concerned about the lack of direction you have in your life. Clearly, you put in an appearance across as somebody who does give a toss what people think of you.

I personally think you need to be open, but arrive d enter a occur across relaxed and soft in your approach. You need to reassure her that you are keen to make a success of yourself - don't forget also, actions selected louder than words!!

Cheers
Liverred

how do you like my story so far?

The alert came sounding out of control, disrupting my perfect sleep in an uncanny matter of a loud ringing turmoil. The bed spreads came off him, being flocked around on the ground like a loose wet whip. He hurried down the stairs to the honesty running into the bathroom and closing the door rapidly, turning and locking the knob in place.
“Almost there,” Josh said zipping up his pants. The passage on the left was lid up brightly, each gleaming from the frames on the wall, he liked it. He passed through the hallway looking jiffy and entering the scullery wearing his pajamas. His mother looked at him holding a frying pan.
“What are you still doing in your nightgown?” His matriarch gazed heavily at him. “You have school today!” Josh stopped chewing his toast and stared at her.
“Today’s Saturday,” He said chewing once more at his favourite. She opened her mouth surprisingly, her jaw hanging from her mouth. Josh grinned forcefully, the gums from his jaws showed entirely. Spotting the calendar on the fridge, she pointed at today’s date and laughed.
“You were well,” She kept laughing hysterically. Josh finished his toast and drank his milk and fist to the bathroom, drawing a bath of water. It had fallen to him that he had forgotten to stop the annoying alarm that had waked him up in the first right. The bath water sank low as Josh rose up; he took a towel from the rack and started rubbing himself dry. The door handle twisted, he went up to his bedroom and turned off the irritating sound buzzing in his ear.

There are some few grammar mistakes but junde on the serious.

I'm a ungenerous young to be worrying about university but I am. I have been looking at some universities online line and I don't know what some of the things written on the website have in view.

I just have a few questions and I would be grateful if you could answer.
It would helpful if you are secondary school teacher or a student who has experienced what i am active through.

I am starting my fifth year at one of the top grammar schools in N. Ireland and I am studying English and English Literature, Maths and Additional Maths, R.E, French, Hypocritical-Award Science, H.E and I.C.T.
I would like do become a doctor or at least work in medicine. Although I am open to having a job centered around maths. I have sat a GSCE a year early and expected to well in them.

I expect to do Chemistry, Biology, Maths and possibly French for A- Level.

Do you think I would be able to study drug?
How long would I have to spend in University?
What kind of graduate would I be - undergraduate or postgraduate?

Please could you add any other useful information to your defence!

Thank you in advance!!!

Help me with my letter?

I have been wealthy to college for about three years now. I have three boys, and I am a single parent . I work, and would attend college full time too. The situation I am going for is Paralegal, and the only two classes I need are electives. Well here is my question. Yesterday I went to school to get all my classes, and economic aid set up for this semester. Everything was on track as usual, the information was confirmed for my financial aid. One of the Financial aid advisors said all I needed was a group audit to complete the process, and everything would get approved. He instructed me that I needed to see a counselor for the audit, and once this was done would bring back the tidings to him for approval. Well I did get my audit information from the counselor, but when they called back in the financial aid office. They assigned me a different economic advisor. This financial advisor was in a very bad mood before I even came in the door. The conclusion to all of this, is that the last financial advisor that I saw to in succession in my paper work said he will not approve me for financial aid because I do not meet the requirements. He was really stubborn; I said can he win one exception considering that I am almost done with my degree. Please just approve this, one time to complete my degree. Otherwise I will not be able to polish off kill my degree since I do not have any family support. He said to make a letter explaining why the school should approve the financial aid. He said to assail c promote it sound convincing. That’s why I am here can someone with good grammar help me, and provide me a letter that I will tweak if needed to give to the financial advisor for his examination. He said there is a good possibility that this will get approved if the letter sounds convincing. I am not good at this please help.
