I've got 6 weeks untill i get back to school, and by then i thirst to be toned up and not fat. I'm about 120lbs now and 5'4" 15 year old girl. I probably eat about 1500-2000 calories a day. I fall short of to lose at least 10lbs by the end of these 6 weeks and have a flat stomach. How can i go about doing this?
exercises i will do - jump rope, swimming, jogging, dancing and effective to the gym when i can.
If i do an hour of either of these every day and eat 1200 calories a day can i do it?
I need help! and motivation! i've tried for so long. HELP!

military security clearence?

Ok, I would like people who absolutely know to answer. I am 18 and i will be 19 in oct and from nov 08-jan-09, only two months i worked at a pharmcay. I ended up engaging pills alot for only two months and i was fired because i drink some of my water before i paid for it and they though i was going to steal it, anyways that is the only dope use i have ever done. two months of a little bit of painkillers and i smoked weed like 2-3 times, which was retarted and i hated it. My mystery is?, what do they check for in a security clearence. The cops talked to me about the pill thing and i confessed and they only did it in school, and then sent me back to order. They said i was a good kid and didnt deserve to be taken in for small one time mistake. They told me never to discern anyone they talked to me and that they would never hear from me again. I was never taken in and ive never committed any crimes so i have no criminal record. I really am curious what to say because half the people say "be upright and upfront, they understand" but if i do and tell them i used pills recreationally in school almost a year ago(7 months ago) they almost 99% will say regretful, we cant take you. Then other people say "its this thing called the moment of truth, just keep your mouth shut, its the dont ask dont instruct policy and if youve been off for 7 months then your fine. But then if i do that is there a chance they could find that out somehow. I was never taken in by the cops and ive never been in trouble. How would they ever find that out. I just want to ally and be a mechanic and start a life and family and let the stupid past go, i wasnt even a drug addict. Shit, i didnt even dry my first beer or ciggerete until i was 17, so do you about ill be ok. This is very important to me, so if anybody has something i should know, then please tell me. I greatly appreciate it, btw i have no medical problems what so ever except that im overweight and ive been losing tonnage everyweek so i should b in by the end of fall by passing a tape test, so thank you for your advice people
