school laws, jam packed schedule , and dress code.?

This year, my school changed dramatically on the schedule & outfit code . The tardy bell rings at 7:40 & we get out at 3:22 ( i know,random) we get 5 minutes to substitute classes ,and we get a 20 minute lunch break.
Another issue is , we are constricted to only wearing a royal filthy shirt ,white undershirt that has to be tucked in. khaki bottoms , shoes must be blue ,white , khaki ,coal-black, or grey. And there are a lot of other rules on jackets , socks ,hair , jewelry , and more .
So my question is , is it completely legal to keep us working that elongated with no break, and is it legal to make us wear that tight of a dress code in a public school . please help with some laws or statistics to bring around the board change these problems.

It is all wholly legal.

If you want to convince your school board otherwise, try making arguments about it being unnecessarily restrictive, a financial burden on meagre families (as to dress code requirements) and the like. The truth is, you will probalby not get anywhere with your arguments.

marvellously legal, if you wish to change something, have a few kids sign a petition saying you would like to change it and give it to your vice-chancellor, it may not work but it would be your best bet at trying to have something done.

1ST & 2ND JOB / TAX QUESTIONS?

Two questions:
Myself A - works in school kitchens, classed as part time but has a second job as a bar person
Parson B - works fulltime in an branch, full time but has a second job as a bar person.
QUESTION :- you get taxed more on your second job, but does it matter on your 1st job if it's part in the good old days b simultaneously or full time ? because person A doesn't pay as much tax as person B PLUS what tax code is BR ?

Basically all the guidelines to my haul someone over the coals code are collared shirts (stripes and brand names are allowed), shorts and skirts below the knee (stripes and patterns are allowed). Here are the beadroll of stores I can go to:

I conscious that I have talked about this to death pretty much in the past but I'm going to run this idea by some people and see what they think and if they say for get then I will truly will at best drop it and just try to focus on getting a wavier to get back in.

Ok I received a chapter 11 failure to habituate uncharaterized discharge, with a re code of 3, a separation code of JGA, and a Narrative Reason of Entry Point Performance and Conduct.

Now in the counciling statements from the CO, First Sergeant, and the National Guard Liason they all say that I am being discharged for missing training and that I lied about having soothing depression, low self esteem, and problems with adjustment and they said that when I went to mental health that I stated I had problems with all these things and that I lied abuot this at MEPS.

Ok first of all I never lied at MEPS I told them the fact completely. When I was a child I saw a counseler because of bullying issues in school, i told the Army about it and the counseler wrote a unerring letter up for me which said that I was fine and that I'm not crazy and all that. Second when I went to Mental Health on POST I never said that I had problems with any of those things. The counseler who i saw at Cognitive Health even said in the remarks section that I DO NOT HAVE A MENTAL ILLNESS and that I said that I DENY feeling eager or depressed!

Now if I submit all the evidence that would disprove what these three people have written would this be enough to just get a General Under Honorable Conditions the gate? Thats all I want to get it changed too.

Any thoughts? Please only serious mature answers back. Thank You

wow it sounds like your accepted through a rough time... i'm not sure about what all your army talks means, but i can understand the important parts... i don't differentiate anything about how to get the the status of your discharge changed but what i do know is you just need to keep strong and I'm sure you'll get through this one way or another... i longing the best for you... I just wanted you to know that someone is on your side. good luck...

Would a teacher really be able to date a student if the student attended a different school?

So let's say a lecturer dates a student that would be the same age as their own students (the age of consent) but the student attends a different school.
Would it be against the code of ethics?

Also, what would develop if this student was a former student of theirs but currently is not?

This came up because I was reading a question about some girl thinking her advisor liked her.

I'm a towering school english teacher (I teach junior year english) and I've noticed that lots of my students are adopting a slutty/skank strain style, which has really caught on.

My question is, how can I change my style to that? I don't mind buying new clothes or changing my whisker or whatnot, I would like to go all out on this style. I'm 23, 5 foot 6, and 120 lbs. I have blonde hair that's a bit background my shoulders (I don't mind dying it) and blue eyes.

Please send me some outfit ideas or links, and the same for locks. If there's a particular attitude or act that goes with it, I would like to know how to take that on too. There is a teacher dress code, however it is the same for students.
