I longing to get out of Special Education. I think I can get out of Special Education. They told me that I can get out of it but I got to show them that I don't need it anymore. What does that means?

what exactly is a linguist?
Jul 29, 2009 by Taveon | Posted in Higher Education (University +)
all i be sure is that they study language (i think) what does a linguist do usually day-to-day what's the average pay for one, and what would i have to do education-wise to become one in a foreign tongue
They can indoctrinate, work for the Government as a translator, or for some other Government as a translator. Legal departments in large companies would pay enthusiastically for a translator. Get a degree in the language you want to study or in several if you choose. Some jobs would pay very highly for this skill.

If I am to become a vet, would I have to dissect some animals in the process (of learning)?
Jul 29, 2009 by ~Rabbits~ | Posted in Other - Pets
I'm still in Lavish School, and I would like to become a veterinarian, but I really don't want to have to dissect an animal if they were euthanized or killed solely for the purpose of education. I will dissect if I have to, but not animals under the conditions that I mentioned. Does anyone know of a school that doesn't get 'corpses' from such places, or a recall that doesn't do it at all? Thank you!
Yeah, that's what I feared. I have a backup career, so I suppose that I won't do this. Don't worry, it's not your fault if you answered, it's valid that I wanted to find a college that wasn't 'cruel'. Thank you!
I'm all over the place, need to decide a major?

I'm succeeding back to college after a long time out, and I'm still trying to decide on a major.
It's between nursing, education, or Russian.
Nursing is something that I skilled in will always be in demand and will be a good career choice. I like to help people, and I already am working in the medical department. So, it wouldn't be a far step for me.
I had settled on International Relations, but I'm beginning to rule that out. I've read that its too broad of a important to really find many career opportunities. I love studying languages, especially Russian. And history. I've pondering of majoring in that, but again, the usefulness, I'm not sure of. I would love to go work in Russia, or Ukraine.
I was thinking of pursuing a point in either language education, or history education. How are the career opportunities in that, is it growing, or declining? Would this be an enjoyable career for a shy person?
Dialect mayhap I could do a BSN in Nursing, and a Masters in Russian? Would this make sense? I could go work, even volunteer there, maybe?
I mostly want a life's work that is stable, reliable, and in which I can help others. But I want to see the world, as well.
