on the forth of july i took my girlfriend an myself on top of the local elementary kind roof to watch the fireworks..

after the fireworks were over we made are way back down to find a couple officers waiting for us..

he told us we were going to pen and then proceeded to read me my rights as if he was arresting me..

when i asked if i was being arrested, he said no just detained.
then proceeded to cite us both for sinful trespassing II charge..

they had stoped a few ppl b4 us and (one other kid was being detained along side us, altough they ignored him) and seemed to only cite my girlfriend an i...

i told that pig that, i wasnt the one who teased him in highschool and he shouldnt splurge his time an tax dollars on this event.. but this lil runt had it out for me...

also to note there were no signs of any sort saying no tresspassing..

so tomorrow at court do we claim "no altercation" "guilty" or "not guilty"?

also is there anyway to give this power tripin' cop any provoke?

besides acting like an asshole and swearing at my girlfriend..
is there anything else i can do to make his pitiful life a lil worse?

also perceive it was my idea (not my girls) is there anyway to ask for them to go ez on her?

we both have spotless records.. and want to keep it that way..

i wouldnt really care if we have to pay a piddling fee.. but i am pretty pissed about the whole thing.. and dont like to get jerked around by this small town bitch ass cop..

Tips for mothers with daughters entering 6th grade (middle school?)?

My eldest daughter is 11 and prevalent into middle school next year, which means different teachers for each subject, lockers, etc. The elementary school in collaboration with the waist school did a great job easing the transition, but as a mother, what can I do? I teach 8th grade, which is still middle school in my territory, but the difference between kids about to head over to high school and kids just out of middle school is infinitely different! Any advice?

Ex-Best Friend Drama?

So I had a overcome friend that I've known since Elementary, were going into 11th now. Anyways we haven't talked for at least a couple months before school let out this year. Last Stygian I was at one of my other bffs houses and the ex bff texts me all randomly and was like "miss you !!!" I was like wtf, showed my other chum, who doesn't like ex bff at all, so of course she was like don't reply or say something like I don't miss her. I just didn't reply to her, I didn't miss to deal with it or think about her. I've tried so hard to forget about seeing her and doing stuff with her and she randomly decides, oh lets theme Emily now. Like ugh I don't know what to do, like I don't want to be mean and ignore people because that's not me, but she has been ignoring me and our other bffs for awhile now. The only continually she talks to us if she is alone and needs someone to talk to. Should I just ignore her now, or text her back, even though it's a day late?
She just became really stuck up because she made the top cavort team, and she hung out with all of them, and just a bunch of other stuff. She has just changed a lot, when me and our other bffs haven't extraordinarily.

But I did just text her back saying I missed her too.

Schools, im having trouble choosing.?

see heres my can of worms i go to James A. Garfield, yes everyone says it is a bad school cuz its in east los angeles, but in reality the school is not bad, its just the way it is deplicted in movies, and that some of the students dont take thier classes candidly, but the teachers and school is great, well here is the real dilemal, i am a junior and i have friends thier that i have known since elementary, and we are like one's own flesh now, i owe them my life. but then i have my girlfriend who goes to montebello, she wants me to go over their (cuz its the supposed better school) which is not true it has many faults in it simply the students can get kicked out to make the school look good, while garfield has to keep all their students, welll dont get me discredit i think the school is fine and i love my girlfriends like i care about my friends, well i cant pick? she will be crushed if i cant go cuz she wont be masterful to see me cuz her parents dont know she is dating me cuz they would be mad if they saw me with her, becuz i look like a rocker and her parents are exceedingly pissed and they wont let her go out at all!!! but it is the same thing with my close friends, if i go to montebello i wont be able to see them as much becuz their parents are precise too, and they are only allowed to hang out on weekends and i cant on weekend cuz of family issues, so what to pick,? and if i do tell my parents i requirement to switch how do i tell them cuz it toook me forever to let me go to garfield and they had to sacrifice so much so how am i going to tell them i want to exchange, but they like my gf, but my ma has pride in the school? but then if i dont go my gf is gonna be really sad, cuz then we wont see each other any more....and then who knows wat will stumble on, so please help me pick one.

I'm starting strident school and honestly I'm not looking forward to it
In elementary school, literally every kid in my grade bullied me and gossiped about me because I was a spooky kid, but I grew up a lot
Now we're starting high school, and these same kids are back and guess what? they're STILL doing it

I saw a couple of them at an orientation and fleetingly these rumors start that i'm anorexic which I think is really stupid on their part
I seriously don't even care what everybody else thinks of me anymore, i'm a moment ago done with it.
the only thing I want in high school is a boyfriend, my type is kinda hard 2 explain

curious, edgy, kind of a guy like patrick verona on the tv show Ten things I hate about you lol

I think i'm kinda edgy myself, I touch upon my mind, I have a sharp tongue lol
and my style is mostly Metro Park & forever 21

do u think I could get a guy like I described? tips?
