Worried about my Hammie:(?

Ive noticed that my female syrian has been acting very singular today. It was like she was tensing up from her torso down and not moving at all, her tail was stiff and straight up in the air as well. She was almost in a "squatting" put, but i know she wasn't using the washroom. Shes also been itching more then usual today and cleaning herself.

I have not introduced any new epitome of bedding, in fact this is still the same bag of bedding shes been using for about 6 weeks. Her diet is still the same to, the only new thing I have given her are the Hamster yogurt drops.

Im not assured if it makes a difference or not, but I also have a male hamster in the same room ( different cages of course) and they've never even been introduced to each other. there is not way feasible she could be pregnant.

Im very worried, I love her to pieces :(. Serious answers please.

***ALSO, there are no signs of Wet Tail what so ever.
like I have said. THERE IS NO WAY Admissible she has become pregnant.
Thanks kusunki, I that never crossed my mind. Although Ive never seen her behave this way, Is there a certain age that this starts phenomenon? And how long does this last?

What are some good healthy meals and snacks?

Ok im a 13 year old guy, comely athletic, I am just needing to eat some healthier foods for sports. Below is what my usual weekly routine almost always is.
*Weekly Meals
-Usually Fast Food once a weeek cas mom is tom tired from work (she gets harshly at like 8)
-Pizza on Friday Nights
-Other nights I usually just make a Spinach Lettuce salad.
*Weekly Snacks
-Dont eat to much but mom chiefly keeps cheeze-its, and VERY rarely a bag of chips
-I love Mandarin canned oranges, so I eat about 3 small cans of em a week.
I was on a rig lifting workout plan with my bro, but hes goin to college and I have nobody to spot me- so its hard to keep my weights up...I ride my bike all-embracing (spread out) about 1 &1/2 hours every day unless im real busy.
Really im pretty brisk but Ive gained a few pounds over summer (about 4, I went from 105 to 109). I know this isnt alot but im not the healthiest eater and all things considered am lacking veggies in meals. Im just needing a little help on my diet. What are some good (please be slightly tasteful) veggie dinners? I love fruits, so fruit,veggie, and meat mixes would be considerate. So just please list some healthy snacks and meals. (BTW- I drink mostly green tea and gatorade,barely any cokes[possibly once a month])
PS-Keep in mind that I hate Onions and Tomatos and Im not a good cook, so simple and quik meals/snacks would be appreciated.

A few puppy questions...?

Tomorrow afternoon (well I postulate today now), I am going to the humane society, and hopefully adopting a puppy! I have a few questions before I adopt.

1. Rawhide. Is it justified? I've heard that it is and isn't. I always fed my last dog rawhide, and he never had any complications, but I keep hearing about the hazards. Oh, and how about cow hooves? I want to raise this dog safe and make up for!

2. What are some safe alternatives to rawhide?

3. Are stuffed dog toys smart to get to dog, or will they teach him it is okay to chew on a lass's stuffed animals?

4. When can I start taking the puppy out on walks?

5. When I have to take him out to go to the bathroom at night, should I wake up every few hours, or lacuna for him to whine?

6. Are the amount reccomendations on the bag of dog food accurate, or is it way too much? For my last dog, it said to feed him 5-6 cups a day, but he only ate 3-4, and was thoroughly healthy.
We are looking for a medium-large sized dog, under a year old, possibly a shepherd, schnauzer, poodle, pester, or other type of mix.

Do tea bags help with dark circles under eyes?

I recognize if you put used teabags on your eyes it helps the swellness of it but will it help me if i put them on my eyes to get the dark circles out? The unfathomable circles are really annoying and would like to do this if it works. And also, does anyone know if you need new tea bags everytime you do this or can you keep using the same ones conventional? Thanks.
