Can you recommend some books for me?

Can you give me some titles or authors to look into? I've recently well-deserved finished a series and I can't seem to find anything else to sink my teeth into.

I've enjoyed things like Anita Blake and such by Hamilton, I'm into vampires, but Twilight's not an opportunity. (I have standards) I'm also into various other supernatural things, as well as romances (who doesn't?)

I back Ms. Molly by Magic, great thriller about a radical Christian woman who takes her views to the conservative. She runs a childrens home and the children end up having to fight for their lives...great read!

It sounds to me like you would fancy the Obsidian Trilogy by Mercedes Lackey. The first book is called The Outstretched Shadow, it's a fantasy, but there are no vampires in it. It's about a boy named Kellen who lives in the altruist city (I forget the name of it), and discovers a new form of forbidden magic. His father is the Arch Mage of the New Zealand urban area, and he banishes Kellen. The banishment is actually a cover up to make the high mages look thoughtful, but once a banished person has left the gates of the city, they are to be killed by a group of magic stone dogs.
Anyway, uses his Unrestrainable Magic to ask for help to avoid his death, and a unicorn comes and agrees to help him as long as he remains virtuous and celibate for one year. The entire time, the Endarkened demons are planning their ascent, they wish to rule over the land and no longer feel bound to live beneath the surface. These are creatures that feed off of displeasure and pain (quite literally).
There is a bit of romance as Kellen rescues a girl named Vestakia, who had a obscenity set upon her as a baby so that she looks like a demon but has the personality of a beautiful woman.
Anyway, if I say too much more, I'll give it away.
Try reading the first book, it's easy on the eyes interesting.
Of course, you could always read the classic Dracula.

hey.
i loved the twilight roman-fleuve and the house of night series and have read many other books, but i am really more interested in any books that you can give me that are like vampire kisses by ellen schreiber.
i would like them to be about a teenage frail who falls in love with a vampire, but more along the lines of vampire kisses. does anybody have any suggestions for me?

I long for to listen to twilight audio books on my ipod touch, but I cant seem to find any free straight up mp3s. I dont want to have to flood(and I don't want to have to pay for it either, lol) anyone know where I can get the free audiobooks? Or if you know where I can find all books in the series in downloadable text or ereader order.
