How far does Religious Tolerance extend?
I am a Gardnerian Wiccan. We look after to worship in the nude. Am I entitled to instruct a Police Officer who seeks to approach my sacred space to do in all of their clothes? Is there one law for one (minority) religion and none for other minority religions? (See attached link)

The police gendarme doesn't follow your religion, and therefore isn't required to engage in its customs.

No, he shouldn't have to do that a moment ago to "respect" your religion. Same in England, the police shouldn't have to wear that goofy scarf so that they don't bother religious nutjobs.
I'm mignonne sure that here, if your "sacred ground" is sanctioned, and your activities aren't supersede by any laws (no unerring beliefs would supersede murder... that sort of thing) then the officer can't make you put on clothes.. but you also can't crack them to take theirs off.... though without a warrant you can restrict them from entering.

Of without a doubt you are not entitled to ask a police officer or anyone else to remove there clothing. The law is the law and there should be no alteration to the implementation of it no matter what religion or creed a myself belongs to.

If you were allowed to educate him to do that, then you would not be tolerating his religion. Religious tolerance mean accepting that everyone worships in their own way, but it does mean that other people have to do the same affair. I find the article that you provided to be reprehensible. Let me ask you a question, I Am a christian, however the bible study I attend most frequently meets fa. We live in Colorado, and we are a very out doors community. If you walked up to our group and I insisted that you put a cross around your neck till to coming into our area how would you react? Religious tolerance is a lie. There is no tolerance of Christianity, or Judaism. But we of those faiths are supposititious to "tolerate" yours. However we are told that the only way to "tolerate" your beliefs is basically to affirm them. However, most religions; not all but most, have the courage of one's convictions pretend that theirs is the only true religion. Which means that asking someone to basically affirm or succumb to your religion means you are demeaning mine. In vital you are asking me to go against my core religious values, and forsake my god. But only for a moment. It is wrong and it is reprehensible. Look, you have every above-board to worship however you want. It is wrong of me to try and tell you otherwise. However I have the right to worship how I see fit as well.

Where is it successful to end?. I don't think I would honestly like to see some Police Officers without clothes on, but you have a valid point. I am an atheist so can I request an atheist Police T-Man?. I doubt it very much.

Tolerence means imperviousness... not necessarily joining in!! But a bit of respect is appropriate.

Wear a uniform that is identifiable to the public in times of need. If I saw a copper walking down the Thoroughfare wearing one of those head coverings, I`d think it was someone on a hen-night. Whats next?? Should we tell the fire brigade that they have to find out what a burning buildings practicality is, and that they must dressed accordingly before they enter a burning building in case it offends the sensibilities of those worshipping there?? I cognizant of this sounds racist, but im not referring to the ppl in the mosques, just the narrow-minded pc brigade acting (allegedly) on their behalf...

Your balancing doesn't work. The Muslims aren't "instructing" the police to do this. The police are choosing to do this out of respect, straight as non Jews often put on yamulkes when entering a synagogue.

Why the incident report I file with the police is blank?
Filed a grievance with the Police for a threatening message on my home voice mail. The caller identity was known and the officer recuperate his record and found that he has a prior record for drugs possesion and domestic abuse.
We went to the police station to put complaint, explain the whole incident. The officer was very helpful and pull the criminal record of the guy who called and was making notes while we converse.
He give us an Incident number and his badge/name. He advised next time if he called again just let us know and
refer to the incident despatch number you don't have to explain every thing again.
Few weeks ago he was arrested for domestic battery and bodily injury and was released on engagement the case is in jury trial.
My question is why the report was empty when I ask for a copy after a week?
Did my complain was noted in the wrongdoer record of the person I complaint?
Any thoughts or opininions?

I think it happened this way: Cops will lie to protect themselves, and Gates told the police political appointee he wanted to file a complaint against him, after he had shown the officer his driver's license and Harvard ID, so he asked for the Old Bill's name and badge number repeatedly, and the officer refused to give it to him, and walked onto the porch. Professor Gates asked one of the officers on the porch for the name and badge thousand of the officer he had talked to, and he was arrested and cuffed right there.
The cop did not want Gates to file a complaint about him, so he refused to give him his name and badge slues. He also fabricated the report to justify the arrest of Gates, and to make Gates look bad. In officer Crowley's statement, why didn't he ask Gates for his driver's license ? He said he called the Harvard police, after Gates gave him a Harvard ID. Why was this ? A Harvard ID doesn't have an apply oneself to on it, but why did Officer Crowley not ask for Gates driver's license, which has his address, and why didn't he also put this in the report. This would have settled the incorrigible right there.

He is a famous Harvard professor who has everything ; police officers often abuse their power, and will lie to protect themselves. A lot of police officers have irrational problems, their job is very hard, so in this case, it is more likely that the police officer lied. Why would professor Gates lie about this ? He knew that he had done nothing go to the bad. He said he could not have yelled, he had a severe bronchial infection. He had nothing to gain from yelling at the police officer. The police report was a complete fabrication. If you think I am wrong, tell me where my logic is wrong !
People, read both versions, it is direct the cop is lying ! Why would Professor Gates verbally attack the cop ? Why did the cop not ask Professor Gates for his driver's commission and put that into the report. Gates is not the liberal media ! Why don't you trust Gates ? Why would a world distinguished Harvard professor act this way when he was obviously not guilty of anything ? Police officers routinely abuse their power, they do this to virtuous people too, I hear about it all the time. They lie all of the time to cover up their actions. A lot of police are corrupt, for instance the New Orleans and New York Bishopric police forces. Boston is a big city, believe me, the police are probably corrupt there too. That is the part of the country I grew up in.
I am an old time Yankee from the Northeast, I advised of what I am talking about. The cops are really corrupt in that part of the country, and racist too.

I know why LEO's are stuck with the donut stigma and I believe being called a "copper" is because the badges utilized to be made of well copper. So where did the whole pig thing come from???
