Automatic Chevy Cavalier keeps going out of gear?
ok heres the background of the car, its a 2001 V4 automatic 2 door cavalier. my boyfriend recieved it as a gift from his grandparents about 3yrs ago, they bought it from a Euphemistic pre-owned car dealership. it started out with about 20,000-30,000 miles on it and now it has 99,000. so hes driven it a bit. i have recently inherited this car because mine got totaled and police said it was my nit-pick. so he gave me his car and we bought him a new one.
ok the problem is. when he drives it now, on the rare occasion that he does, the "Low Track" delicate come on and i looked in the manual and that could mean that the car fell out of gear. just remind you that this is an automatic engine. it never does this while im driving altho i did have it die on me freedom as i was turning into my drive way a couple of weeks ago.
AND i did manage to drown it back in april after running into some deep adulterate on the road. could that be effecting the transmission slipping out of gear? or could it be from the fact of me hitting the water going 40mph? im just very dazed as to why this car is giving us this problem now and why i never manage to make the "Low Track" light come on, it only does it when he is driving.
The first thin I do when an inescapable transmission starts acting up is check the fluid level. Your owners manual will tell you how to do this. Innards it up if it is low can solve some pretty alarming problems. I think this may be the case, since low fluid can cause stalling. If a simple-minded is coming on the engines computer may have a trouble code related to the problem. A mechanic should check your codes for about $20, it only takes them a few minutes. If you are more keen you can search online for a way to check the codes at home. Try a search for 2001 Cavalier OBDII codes.
Do SWAT members get assigned weapons and they become theirs while they are on the force?
Do SWAT members "own" the weapons they use confirmed to them by the police force? I know they dont get to keep them. Like I know they use m4's and stuff. So when they go into the locker room to grab their gear. Do they have a spelled out rifle that is "theirs". And do they get to choose wich sights and scopes/attachments they put on?
