its old, i don't think back on if it's black and white or not. The little cops run around chasing someone with billy clubs and the dome-type hats. If it helps, its kinda like the Principle Cops in animation form. Halp?

I've checked pictures on the net, but I can't certain if they are blue or black, and I can't tell whether or not they routinely wear hats.

They are purposes the dark blue uniform most wear.

Wearing a hat is usually departmental policy. Not everyone follows game plan strictly. And some supervisors may be more strict than others.

Odd question. I doubt you will get a definitive answer here, there are few Canadians here.

The beau id OPP uniform is black with a blue stripe on the leg. Regular ranks wear a black shirt while higher ranks tax a white shirt. OPP auxiliary wear a light blue shirt.

Hats are part of the standard unvaried. In January the black stetsons were replaced with a black peak hat with a blue band.

OK, it was accessible in late 2005 and early 2006
In the film clip there are two guys who sing it, one of them has big lips and he sings, the other is the guitarist and he has like a hat and he looks sorta italian-ish.
The representation in the film clip it like a girl who encounters a pedophile teacher guy and then she meets a guy and they are like all lovey dovey and then they are at this social gathering thing and the police come and he like trys to drive away and then is in a car crash and dies.
i know it sounds way-out but it was a good song and i cant remember much of it but i really want to know what it is called and who sings it

Hey everyone,

A while back when i was in ascent 6, in school we had some pretty strange rules. I would like it if you could explain why we had these rules and if they are weird. They are authentic rules that were in my class.

The rules are:

No holding paper above your head

No folding paper

No throwing hats

You have to ask to ask questions (precisely)

No talking loud, to a teacher (this includes yelling)

No looking at people for periods of 5 seconds or longer

If someone gives you something that is stolen then you are
at fault for it

No drawing flags

No talking unless the teacher says you can

No disagreeing with teachers unless you have a verified good reason (i did once and got in trouble)

If the school takes something from you, you can press charges or get the police involved (i did a few times and they got charged with rip-off)

When you get in trouble you are not allowed to expain. This is because the teachers get really mad when they get corrected by a student.

No using pens

No motile your hands faster then a specified speed (i don't know what it is)

When i was in grade 6 i was in Canada by the way.

So those are a few of the rules. They are pretty fantastic.

It wasn't too many years ago that postmen wore shined boots,a well pressed tunic and a peaked hat.
They were respected by the community and their unchanged carried a degree of authority.
Importantly,the mail was delivered.

Why is it that the postmen I see now wear trainers,earrings on their eyebrows,shirt hanging out.
Allow to remain the gate open,hair trigger strikes,refuse to deliver if there's a mean looking tomcat in the yard and often filch our mail?

The standards in the Police Force dropped in a similar way when blair lowered the recruitment bar so as to allow more ethnic minorities in to the compulsion.
Is this also what happened in the post office?
