Let's Say it's 2AM And Your Riding your bike home ground from work..you have a Helmet on and your uniform from some Retail Store like Albertson's, Circle K, Some sort..

and a cop Pulls you over for beliving your a one-horse out past Curfew...

the cop asks for ID and you tell them you went to Work Late And Left you Wallet At Emphasize..

What can The Police Officer do from there?

what are his rights..

everything looks Legit..you have proof of working since you have Uniform..and all..just that you don't have Valid ID For the time being?
ROFLMAO! someone make me laugh like the 2nd guy did lol!

Should I have called the cops? At my apartment complex, someone was busy pounding and bashing at a panel or?

This guy was not wearing a uniform, and had a big heavy hammer and some other tools acting kinda sneeky and pounding the bind c lock up with the hammer! Finally, he didn't seem to care who was looking and was bashing it super loudly. But his back was to me the whole time.
I called the apartment managers and they treated me like a dork and told me "if you're so on edge about it, call the police". I just hung up on the bytch. If they don't care, i guess I don't care either. It's their property and their criminal renter, right?
It wasn't a maintenance guy because they left for the day, and it wasn't a Cable Company guy because there was no company van, and this guy had no uniform, and i'm not even unavoidable it was a cable box.
What should I do next time this prick is vandalizing apartment property?

alright, last dusk i had a weird dream..please read this, it might be a bit long but im scaredd..like actually scaredd

normally i dont think back on dreams, i just wake up. the only ones i do remember are "nightmares" and i dont overlook about them for like 2 monthss...yeahh they like emotionlyy scare me..i can remember each of them now, vividly. But i dont get them like all the all together, the last one i had mustv'e been like 7 years ago

yeah but anyway, this dream, what happened was:
it was the first day back to school (after the summer holidays) and i was wearing eye contacts (the ones that variation your eye colour, not the glasses ones), and my school uniform made me look really skinny (my blazer and shirt and everything truly fit me, my mom brought last years ones like 10 sizes tooo big, and i lost alot of ballast this year, so i looked kinda trampy cuz my uniform was wayy to big),,

okay well i looked really new put it that way.

so like throughout the dream everyone was like "wooww, your really pretty!!" and at the end of the "coach day" me n friends went out.

i cant remember where we went, but i had to be back at 6 to look after my dog when my brothers go work. so we were on the bus, and we were going to go to my friends billet and she was like "so you coming then?" and i said "erm hang on what time is it" i cheked my phone and it was like 5 days six so i said "oh shit i carnt you know, im get fukin screwed at when i get home"

we were still on the bus at this substance, and for some reason the bus went a different way to how it normally goes

so in preference to of going up the main road as it normally does (red line) it went up my road, the cresent, (fresh line) and im like "i'll get of now then" so i stopped the bus. and i know the geeza that drives the bus and he would stop suitable away, but the bus kept going and my friends were like screaming at him to stop it and he finally did (like 2 mins later). you might be like wtf but my procedure is really long.

so i get off the bus, turned around and watched my friends wave goodbye, then the bus drived off. i looked at myself in the window of a car and was like "ok perhaps im not that uglyy" but in the window i saw this white van behind me. i turned around and the word KIDDY-FIDDLER came to chew out vacillating..then i could hear this scary eerie music, like you would just before someone got killed in the bill or something..i tried to run to my house but my legs moved in in addition slow motion, then i tried to scream but nothing came out, then i felt someone grab my arm...i woke up straight after that, i didn't hunger for to see what was guna happen..

anyway that was the dream, and im so scared right now. i mean what does this mean? i was going to buy eye contacts before i go back to educate, so like if i do this pervvy guys guna get me? and it was on my road as well, i cant even bring myself to leave the house (and i go out like customary)

i always get weird feelings when i know something bads going to happen. i had it like 5 minutes before this

and the last time i had a nightmare, the same kinda matter happend, i was walking by myself home from school, no-one was there, i heard the music, i couldnt move or scream, this man jumps out of his car and grabs me and puts me in his car, but one of my teachers dashed a friend in the window, got me out, phoned the police and drove me home...so nothing actually happened if you get what im saying (i didnt get raped or killed) but i still got as frightened as hell, didnt get over it for 2 MONTHS..!

Rough policemen in UK. Is this normal?

There I was with a confederate of mine, sitting in a green square in London. We were having a lunch and beer. Sitting on the grass
comfortably, chatting ( demurely ), eating and drinking. Later on we were approached by a local area cleaner, who told us that we are not allowed to swallow alcohol there. Since the guy was annoying and pushy, we simply ignored him and finished our two beers quickly. Then we decided to go available. So we had stood up and walked to the square gate. Then suddenly I had felt a very strong impact on my neck, someone put their hands on it behind me and pushed me with mindless force, so I ended up a good few meters from my initial location. When I had turned back, I saw two policemen behind us. Feeling my neck critical I asked the policeman: "why did you hit me ?". To which he replied: "I did not hit you. If I did you would have really felt it". I must mark here that neither me nor my friend ever committed any criminal offences in our lives, so we were quite shocked at the treatment we received from the Police. Truly my friend was shocked even more than me, so he started sort of smiling nervously. That was enough for the other officer to pick on him and repeatedly ask questions why he is smiling at him, making my girlfriend even more miserable. Finally, having no arguments except for threats of "arresting us", insults and non-germane questions to intimidate us, they simply told us to go. They could have approached us and just asked why we drink beer in the up, which apparently is not allowed. Perhaps it is not, now I know that thanks to them. We both are peaceful folks, just sit quietly and enjoy sunlight, never look for agitation, but don't you think these policemen treated us with excessive force under the circumstances ? I understand, if you cause trouble, warn too loudly, etc, but this was not the case at all. I used to have a good opinion about Police, but after this incident I do not know what to think. These policemen were unquestionably using their authority to put us down. Are they allowed to do that to people just because they "feel like it" ? Is there any way to parry ourselves against some of these criminals in uniforms ? Any thoughts ?

Can I right-minded point something out to you in the United Kingdom we have some areas that are Alcohol Controlled which means that the local council have enforcement rules that essentially means that you cant swig the sea.
The reason why he may have been a little bit aggressive is because he had to get you before you went away.
In my opinion he was a little bit too aggressive for the circumstances and it wasn't high-priority to use that much force.
You did however have the right under the P.A.C.E code to ask the officers name,number and which station they come from.
You could then have written and filed a culture of complaint to their Inspector.
It is in my opinion that the cleaner may have seemed it seem slightly more worse that it actually was.
So in future my suggestion is that you enrol for signs that say about Alcohol Restriction.
