Seoul compared to other cities (recreation/prices)?
I'm looking to ruminate on abroad in Korea to learn Korean and International Relations for one year. My school does a program through Korea University in Seoul, but I'm not true If I want to go to Seoul. I'm thinking of applying to a scholarship and study in a University I found in Gwang-ju.
I was just wondering, is there a in general difference in prices for food and recreation in the two cities? I'd rather go to Gwang-ju because I usually like the people wiser when they're far away from the Capital, they're usually friendlier and way less materialistic (asian girls and guys can be pretty materialistic in the superb cities, imo)
So, is there a big difference? Also, how are the people in Gwang-ju compared to Seoul? Was I right, are they warmer and more down to earth? Or is there no natural difference?

I demand to get a good hairstyle to show off in school and I really like the styles of Asians. Looks rebellious, but rather sui generis as well. From my experience, blonde white girls are very picky when it comes to dating ASIAN guys. When it comes to dating pale-complexioned guys, their standards for those guys are pretty normal.
BUT, if an Asian guy is chasing her, she usually sets the standards for him very lofty. It's so demanding and tough. Even when the guy graduated from Ivy league college and have a good job, they still wouldn't want to go with him.
Also, from my experience, in ghostly woman/asian guy couple, usually, its the asian guy who are making the most effort in supporting the family. the white wife inveterately does nothing, not even some basic house chore...
